s300 issue confused

serial number 8160
software version 2.3.3.0

not able to data log to provide attachment

ecu is a P06
honda civic 1998
b18b bone stock no bolt-ons

while the ecu is plugged in, solid red cell from board, also when attempting to datalog no data is displayed and car is missing or on 3cylinders i tried getting info from ecu 1 time shows info other time nothing is displayed and i tried different ecu with same result, and also tried different s300 board in same ecu and it works flawlessly so ecu is not problem

any help is appreciated

Go to the online menu and try to erase the ECU. When that finishes, close the program and then reopen it and go to New Calibration. load one of the base calibrations and then upload to the ECU and see if that resolves the issue.

that was 1 of the first things that i did and just did it 1 last time before i created this thread still no help
