I am very interested in getting my 2006 SI reflashed by Hondata.
But I can not afford to be without a car for 3-4 days.
I have read most of this site and I'm still not clear.
If I drive directly to a Hondata Dealer can I purchase a Reflash and have them do it for my right on the spot?
If not, will this be possible in the future? It seems it would increase sales if others are in the same boat with me.
BTW. I have an AEM CAI, and a Vibrant Catback exhaust.
Regards,
Paul
Reflash at Dealer?
Re: Reflash at Dealer?
Sorry, all reflashes require the ECU to be sent to Hondata. I suggest looking at the FlashPro if you do not want to be without your car.

Re: Reflash at Dealer?
Thanks.
This is rather unfortunate, I don't need the full functionality of the Flash Pro but I can't be without a car for 3-4 days.
This is my first tuning endeavor with a Japanese car, I have had BMWs, VWs, and Porsches for years.
With Vendors like APR and Dinan you can be 'flashed' at any local dealer.
Sorry for venting.
But, why is this so difficult?
Is this a technical barrier, or an issue of trust with your dealers?
