04 s2000 problem

Installed krpo on a 2004 s2000 along with the corect IAT, sensors, and wheels. Everything went good until I tried to start the car when I got -P1362 TDC Sensor No Signal-. So I pull the valve cover and check the new TDC wheel on the EX cam and the new TDC sensor and everything looks good. So I then probe the new TDC plug supplied with the Kpro and I get
Pin1: 5v
Pin2: dead signel wire
Pin3: 12v
This doesn't seem right. No wires have been cut or spliced and everything was plug and play.
