im using s200 to tune my car with boost. but my s200 has no boost option. but i just bought the romeditor 4 cable. so do i have to pay for boost option to get the car tune with boost.

Yes you would have to pay to upgrade the s200. You may find it better to just upgrade to the s300 as it will ultimately be cheaper and easier to use and has more options.
