CT Stage 2 Reflash Customers Prior to June 1st 2009
CT Stage 2 Reflash Customers Prior to June 1st 2009
Due to some technical errors in the reflash prior to June 1st we are offering 2 options.
This applies to all CT Stage 2 Reflash customers who received the reflash prior to June 1st. Any received by the customer after that date are correct and do not need to be reflashed and do not qualify for the FlashPro discount below.
1) Send ECU in. We will update the reflash with the latest version and
send back with a cashier's check for $125 to cover freight and any rental car
costs.
2) Wait until the release of the FlashPro. We will provide the
FlashPro with CT charger program for $400 for a customer that has
upgraded from a stage 1 to a stage 2 and $500 for a customer that
purchased stage 2 outright.
Hondata will resell direct to customer in these cases. There are about
10-15 people affected.
Please fill out the reflash form at http://www.hondata.com/kseriesecuinfoform.html and put a note on it that this is for the CT Stage 2 fix prior to June 1st. Please include a cashier's check for the correct amount.

is there a time limit in which we can take advantage of this? cuz i need a while to save up 400.. i definatly would want the flashpro for that price instead of a new flash and i can deal with my flash having some issues till i can save up the 400 but i need at least a month or 2 to save it up as i have quite a few bills going on right now.

just so everyone is aware. if you decide to go with flashpro with your SCer, if for any reason you decide to get rid of the flashpro but keep your SCer on the car you will be out of luck cuz you have to flash back to complete stock when you unlock the flashpro, not back to how it was prior to using the flashpro which is the standard reflash for the SCer.
i know a lot of people wont have to worry about that as im sure they will keep it until they get rid of the car or sell it with the SCer but just wanted everyone to make sure they know that.

well that is pretty shittySpunkster wrote:No, you get the discount listed above.
especially for the people who get it for $500 since there are a couple places i know, what say names, where you can get flashpro for $650 so with the $150 reflash rebate it would be $500 anyways. doesnt really seem like much of a deal for those with f'ed up reflashes
