Whice ecu is the best to buy?

Post by Crsex »

Hello from greece.

I am thinking go to obd1 on my crx and i learn that i must buy a obd1 ecu, jumber harness, and a obd1 distributor (the obd0 dosen't work?).
I want to ask you two questions:
The first question is which ecu (P06, P28, P30, P72, P74, P75) are the best to buy for a hondata s300 future instalation?
And the second question is if i must change and the distributor?

You must use and OBD1 or OBD2 distributor as the OBD0 distributor has a different number of teeth on the trigger wheels and will not work.

You can use any of the compatible OBD1 ECUs, it just depends on if you want VTEC or knock control as to which one you use.

Dear Spunkster.

Thank you for your fast answer!
I am thinking now to buy your product. One last question if you could tell me. Are you working on a new model (i can wait) or the s300 v3 will stay for a long time on market?

Keep going the good job!

There is nothing new planned and the s300v3 should be available for quite some time.
