Hi Hondata bros,
I'm super curious as to what is considered a reasonable KCount number. Some background: I'm driving the 2019 Accord 2.0t 10AT with Stage 2 tune with 91 octane. I'm getting about 7 counts of knock for about 5 miles driving in Normal mode (note attachment), and I don't hear a knock sound when it apparently occurs, so I'm not sure if it's just phantom knock. It seems to occur between 1500 and 2000 RPM. Any ideas?
Thank you so much!
Regards,
K0hner

Re: Reasonable kcount?
The ECU will determine a knock event before you can hear any noise.
7 knocks in 5 miles is nothing to be concerned about. Probably all occurred in a single event at one point in the drive.

Thanks! It's weird because it seems to occur between 1800 and 2500 RPM and not when I'm pushing it.

Re: Reasonable kcount?
Whats ur kcontrol at? I drove 20miles today and my k count was 30. With my knock control the highest was at 75%. 21 accord sport on 91octane stage 2 with a k and n drop in filter.
