RECOMMENDED GAUGES FOR THE TYPE R

I am running the Hondata base map on my FK8 right now and the Hondata mobile for my head unit. What are your recommended gauges and what does each gauge mean and how do I read those? I am really new to all these but very eager to learn. Thanks in advance.
