Changing up the tune
When changing some stuff on the tune do I have to go back to the stock tune first then upload the changed tune or can I just do a new calibration, without going back to stock.

You can upload the new calibration without going back to stock. You only need to go back to stock when you want to unlock the Flashpro from you car to sell the Flashpro or the car. Other than that, you can flash new calibrations over the prior one with no issues.
