HELP! FLASHPRO NOT TURNING ON AFTER LEAVING ECU IN RECOVERY MODE

So I finished uploading a calibration on my vehicle and when I proceed to turn on the ignition the ecu ends up in recovery mode. car displays all the system failure messages and to make things worse, my hondata flashpro tuner will not power on. I tried everything from resetting the ecu to plugging in the flash pro to connect it to the laptop and no response. I was left stranded at work and can’t even move the car because the electronic brake system automatically activated. My question is , if My flashpro unit is defective can I take my flash pro and ecu in to Hondata in Torrance and have the info from my flash pro transfered to a new Flashpro unit? This is an emergency and I Am looking to fix it ASAP as my vehicle runs the risk of being towed from where it is parked . This incident happened Friday , today is Tuesday I NEED YOUR HELP!!!!

What is the serial number that is on the FlashPro?

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.
