Heater/AC fan changing speeds with ECON button

I have a 2018 Civic Sport Hatch 1.5l. After the latest Flashpro updates and a reflash I noticed the speed of the AC/Heater fan would increase and decrease with the ECON button. ECON on = lower speed. ECON off = higher speed. The situation is more noticeable when the blower is on higher settings.
I can’t say that I’ve ever noticed this before but it happened to be cold and I had the heat on a higher setting. Having just performed the reflash naturally I was testing it out on the highway...
Any thoughts?
