Rev Hang for Asia CR-Z

Post by lvxnid »

Hi, I am trying to eliminate rev hang on my CR-Z by reducing the "Overrun fuel cut delay" but when I tried uploading the calibration there is an error code "P2467 - VTEC Oil Pressure Switch Circuit High Voltage" and my dash panel gives me "CHECK EMISSION SYSTEM" message until I revert it back to stock ECU setting.

Question is:
- Am I doing correctly t oeliminate rev hang by reducing the "Overrun fuel cut delay"?
- Is there any parameter to change in order to eliminate rev hang on CR-Z?
- What needs to be done to correct the error code P2467?

Thank you Guys!

What ECU do you have, and what calibration are you using?

Thank you for your response. I am using stock ECU and uploading Flashpro "CRZ-Asia-1" base calibration.

The fuel overrun cutoff delay values are 60ms - you can try reducing these to see if it makes the rev hang better.

Does your vehicle have a VTEC oil pressure switch? If not, disable the test under VTEC / Options.

I'll check whether there is VTEC oil pressure switch on my model. Is this not a standard for VTEC engine?

I tried reducing the Overrun fuel cut delay until 10 ms and I got rev hang almost eliminated. Will this value be bad to the engine?

Not all engines have VTEC oil pressure.

This will not hurt anything, it just makes it more drivable.
