Flashpro manager 3.5.7.0 (inactive)

I have the flash pro working last few weeks on the car and now when I open the software it’s saying another version is running and making me inactive?

Close all instances of the software and only open one instance of it. Reboot the laptop if this continues and only open one instance of the software.
