Hey, I updated falshpro manager on my desktop this weekend( prior to this update everything was work). I tried connecting OBD2 to my computer and it's not connecting to the car. I have 2018 Honda civic. Thank you

does the driver have a green check mark next to it? bottom right of screen...

Unplug the USB and the OBD2 port and then only plug in the USB with the FlashPro manager software. It should update the firmware.

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.
