idel speed goes to ~600rpm | bug or not tuned correctly?

Hi,

I found a new / old problem. If the car is moving and pressing the clutch (Gear is still entered) the rev meter drops to idle speed not correctly it goes down to ~600 rpm.
If ~600 rpm is reached the ECU increase the idle speed to >1.000 rpm. The idle speed of 800 rpm is configured.
But if I pressing the clutch and shift to idel (N) the rpm will not drop to ~600 rpm. It works correctly

I searched in the hondata flash pro documentation to understand whats going on (to adjust the idle speed correctly) but in this case I could not found any solution.

So I filmed today the issue:
https://youtu.be/xdaH8q_sVA4

I think the car could not find the open-loop.
> Maybe the "MAP WOT determination pressure" is not configured correctly (to low)?
Or
> "WOT lambda adjustment low" is to low? I will not increase the values of this part!

I will post in the evening the MAF-Cal for my FN2 S/C

I hope anybody could help me. In advance thank you very much for your support!

I can't see where in the datalog the rpm drops below 750 rpm, but the problem is most likely to be the lambda.

You're still using the AFM and it does not appear to read correct at low flow levels. If you graph AFM vs short term trim you'll see a negative correlation at flows under 10 g/s. If the intake is non stock then this is not surprising.

Hi,

thank you for your reply.
I have attached now the datalog in relation of the video which I posted at first. So you can see what is happen better. (attaching later)

... Ok - thats the case - how I can fix this?
Must the lambda value must be increased or decreased if the open-loop will not be reached?

You need to calibrate the AFM for the intake you are using. Also the WOT compensation tables need to be less than lambda 0.85.

Thanks for help but this does not fix the problem for me :-( That would be nice.

I could identfie the problem and it must be fixed in the following sections...:
- sensors > AFM flow
- Fuel > AFM fuel
- WOT lambda adjustments

Unfortunatelly the Mass flow paramters are configured in realtion with the AFM fuel and their WOT.
The tuning guidline from hodata says to setup AFM correctly the voltage must be adjusted and not the "Mass flow"

At this point it is impossible for me to tune it.
I need a basic and extended tuning training to understand all this stuff otherwise it will worse my time and damage the engine.
