Throttle Issues!

Post by civ881 »

Hello,

I have a stock basemap uploaded an problem with my SI where the throttle is acting like an on-off switch. pressing the gas pedal down causes the car to suddenly buck forward. I know this has to be a DBW throttle issue.

Also, when going over a speed bump or a bump in the road, the throttle also opens and closes causing the car to buck even when the gas pedal is held in position. I have to throw it in neutral and take my foot off of the gas to get it to stop when this happens. obviously this is undesirable and is another problem with the DBW throttle.

Can someone let me know how to fix these throttle problems with the flashpro? So far ive unchecked the warm up ignition retard box and 1st gear dampening enable box. There must be further things that can be done like adjusting the throttle plate opening table, however I dont know where to begin and what values to enter into the table .

Please help. Thanks.
