Hondata s200 led flashing slowly but no cel on

Post by Type_r_eg »

Hey guys I have a s200 with a slowly blinking led but I have no cel on. The cel will come on a few seconds but goes off as it should. I've checked for bad connections but found none. This is a brand new s200 I've bought from someone still in the original box and plastic.

My ecu is a usdm p72 which has already been socketed and chipped running fine before I got the s200. So I got the s200 and hooked up to 4pin cn2, j12 cut, j1 jumped.

The chipped I got it from I had it tuned from phearable.net, could the chip b the problem? It's not a blank chip cause I've been driving on it for a year.

Any help apreciated

I did not have to solder nothing cause everything is already in place for me to just connect the s200.

The only wire I did not connect I think it's the clutch switch wire? I don't plan on using it.

You need to make sure that the chip you are using was burned with a Hondata program or it will not work with the s200.

Can I do that myself with a chip programmer or how do I go about that?

Thanks for the reply
