s300 will not connect help hondata

cortney green and i were tring to tune a car on this new s300 and we followed the procedures out the manual and when u plug the computer into the laptop ur suppose to get a (found new hardware) but nothing poped up we trind other sources of usb and nothing even tring diffrent computers is there a chance we have a bad board maybe cause the solder is perfect its not our first rodeo we have done loads of s200s but we cant get it to connect off or with the key on its not the usb either tried new cord also
please help hondata !!!!!!!!!

Is the ecu in the car with the ignition in the on position?

we tried it with the computer unpluged and with the computer on position and nothing can u please call me or give me a num to contact u please we need to get this working so i can tune my car please

Please send the ECU and S300 to us for testing with a detailed note explaining hte problem as well as contact details for calling and returning the ecu.
