Q: return ECU back to stock
Q: return ECU back to stock
Hello, new in this page and new with Hondata. Previously purchased Hondata s300 V1, car ran great for a day or so. The other day I go start my car and didn’t know the transmission was in gear, after taking it out of gear my car wouldn’t start. Sounds like the battery is dead. I have a slope in my driveway and was able to let the car roll down and push start it. Car runs fine when it’s on. Problem is my car won’t start when I turn the key. Any help please. Thank u
Re: Q: return ECU back to stock
Have you verified that the starter signal wire didn't accidentally come loose from the starter?
Try a new battery or try jumping the car with another car - will it crank then?
Pull the alternator off and have it tested at an auto parts store - this is a free test.
Do the dash lights and other accessories power on when you turn on the ignition switch, and it only will not turn the starter over? Or does nothing come on when you turn on the ignition?
