When using an AEM water methanol controller can the optional solenoid output from the controller be used as the input(arming) for the nitrous/aux function or is the only option to select always on. Id like to wire it up so if the water meth kit does not spray for some reason than the nitrous/aux feature wont activate(pull fuel and add timing)

You would have to look at what this optional output is capable of.

It is a switched ground. When the controller sends signal to the pump to flow, it grounds this optional output meant for a flow solenoid. Can i use this ground signal to use as the input for the nitrous/aux control on the s300 or does it has to be a voltage signal?

All of the inputs except the brake switch are ground inputs.

More details can be found at: http://www.hondata.com/help/smanager/switchinputs.htm

You can try it and see if it works the way you want it to.
