S300 v3 no soild green light

Whats up everyone so im having issues with my s300 v3. So i just socketed and chipped 2 ecu's for the v3 one being a p28 and the other being a p72, now when i plug the ecu's in the cars they belong to i get no soild green light next to the usb port i get the soild green up in the right corner and the red flashing light at d1 but no green at d2 and i get no dataloging on my laptop for either ecu. Im stumped please help

Post a picture up close and in focus showing the bottom of the ECU where the soldering has been done.

The problem is the socketing. It looks like you have a number of cold solder joints or the through hole plating is damaged and it is not making proper contact.
