Backwards figures on fuel table?

Backwards figures on fuel table?

Hi, assuming the numbers at the top represent vaccume and 0psi being WOT. Why do the numbers before 0 appear to be backward? See pic

Under Options, Settings, what settings do you have for the units?

both must be set to atmospheric.
