Tip in fuel, when throttle is quickly opened, different in RPM area?

Does any body knows if you can change the "Throttle Tip in fuel" so it give 100% from 0RPM to 4000RPM and 50% from 4001RPM to Rev limit?
I have som issues with it, when it is in low RPM it is perfect, but when it goes in to high RPM and the smanager auto tip in activates, it gives WAY to much?
