Hondata s300 ecu locked/password protected

Hi,we have a Hondata s300 ecu. But we found it is password protected when try to upload a file. But we never used this password protect feature. We are in a deep trouble to get this thing working again as our race season coming ahead. Tried to erase the ecu but it didn’t work. We can not even remember the days we bought this and the email conversion not longer available with us. If some one can help me to reset this ecu and work back again would be much appreciated.
