Wideband headache?

Post by dshrek19 »

Ok, hopefully a quick question.
With no wire running to pin d14(O2) why is my ecu still reading voltage? Is this normal?
Pin d10(ELD) with no input is also showing voltage.
Will this voltage mess with my wideband readings or possibly damage my guage/controller?

I would recommend not using the D14 input as it cannot read the full voltage range. D10 should work, when you connect the wideband does it read correctly?

Last i tried it would cause a hunting idle and unstable afr.
Waiting on a new sensor/guage.
Was just curious if somebody had nothing connected to d14 and was reading 3.7v on dataloging. Also if anybody has nothing connected to d10 and was reading 4.7v while datalogging. If this is a normal reading or something i should be concerned about.
