Wideband datalog problem

Post by blacksi76 »

I'm gonna post my calibration file and a datalog in a few minutes for you to have a look at but i wanted to brief you on the issue im having.
S300 Version 3
NGK AFX wideband connected directly to S300 using Analog 0 input and the analog ground connected to the analog ground on the S300 as well.
When my laptop is connected the Wideband reads perfectly in the display and reads the same as the NGK AFX guage with zero voltage offset.
I have my S300 set up to datalog using an external switch which works perfect when im out driving and gathering datalogs.
here's the problem...when I download the datalogs to my laptop and open either one up in Smanager, the datalog reads everything else but my wideband flatlines at 9.25 air fuel in the graph section as well as the sensor display, yet in real time driving my guage reads normal and also reads normal in the display with the laptop connected.
I also noticed that in the sensor display, the Analog 1 input that is also directly connected to the S300 is reading Voltage from 0-5v, that looks like it would be a wideband voltage signal reading. Cant figure that out. Thanks

You do not have the analog 0 input setup correctly. There is no conversion information.

Sorry last night I turned off the analog 0 conversion to
" unused" to try something different, but yes I did have that set up correctly in the cal for the logs I did

this is how it was set all along and for the log i posted sorry. I was trying to figure out last night why Analog 1 was showing voltage so i clicked Analog 0 to " unused "

according to your datalog you have something connected to anolog 1 and nothing connected to analog 0. You should double check your settings and wiring.

I did double check my wiring, I'll check again and take a pic but analog 0 is connected to the NGK analog datalog wire and analog 1 is not connected to anything, I'll confirm

Why would analog 0 show 9.25
