However, you need to measure the voltage at the injectors and see how much is changes when the fans/headlights come on. If it is more than about 0.3V, then something is wrong (alternator, fuse, poor connection etc).

I tried the new dead times, started the engine, fiddled a little bit to get it to idle stable and afr set to 13.0-13.01. I turn on the headlamps and afr goes to lean, engine stalls and turns off. :(

My car does the exact same thing.. for 2 years <_< I have not been able to figure it out. it didn't start until I installed boost by gear, and Im not sure how that would cause it though and I don't think its the problem.
Basically on cold start car runs fine, while cold if I put an electrical load on it my afr changes slightly to learner and the warmer the car gets learner it gets and if the fans turn on the car cuts off.
I've tried everything except tweaking with hondata. anyone have a REAL fix for this?
car is an 88 crx motor is B18A1 LS turbo

Previously had Precision 1000cc
Basically on cold start car runs fine, while cold if I put an electrical load on it my afr changes slightly to learner and the warmer the car gets learner it gets and if the fans turn on the car cuts off.

For me in the end it turned out to be a bad ecu, I've changed the ecu, plugged in the s300 and problem was solved. but reading you post it seems you have bad injector dead times.

I adjusted the dead times exactly to what it says on injector dynamics website with no luck and ive tried putting new injector size to 895cc instead of 1000cc with no luck =\ I've tried everything I can think of... heres a copy of my tune without me setting the dead times and changing injector size.
car is undrivable unless I wire my fan up to an switch, otherwise when it gets to temp its suppose to come on the car shuts off and even then with the switch wired, once it reaches the fan temp it will lean all the way out and eventually shut off with an electrical load.. even if i press the breaks it will go crazy.

car is 88crx hf, engine is 93 B18A1, LS head, sleeved block, eagle rods, wiseco piston, LS crank, ported polished+3 angle valve job, ferrera valves, dual springs and retainers, cometic head gasket
turbo setup is GT35r, full race exhaust mani, victor x intake, skunk2 TB, Rywire harness
