I have an 02 RSX Type S with a Precision turbo (0.6 compressor, 0.63 exhaust) with 1000cc injectors, Skunk2 intake, generic 2.5" exhaust with cat (came with cat-less 3" turbo muffler that only extended to the middle of the car).
The Hondata ECU (version 2, using latest k-pro update) has the injectors set to 1450cc with 60% duty...if I set the injectors to less than that, the car idles better but runs like crap if trying to accelerate. Currently it runs great when first started, but once warm it stalls easily...even by just pushing in the clutch (stage 3, unknown brand).
Would reinstalling the old muffler solve this issue? Does anyone have a similar setup with a more conservative tune, that would be willing to share their basemap? I'll try to get the datalog and the k-pro file uploaded.

Has this been properly tuned on the dyno?

Think so, but it's been at least 3 years and who knows what was done to it during that time.
