* Fixed PNF (US Civic Si) starting & datalogging issue

* Added lean protection
* Added lambda overlay display

I was checking out the software and I found the four icons one the toolbar. The icons don't have a hover help, I was trying to find out what they are for?

Look in the help file under 'Lean Protection Parameters' and 'Lambda Overlay'.
