Using K-Pro V4 Analog Channel for Fuel

Post by Bitanga »

I'm trying to setup Fuel Percent Level using K-Pro V4 and AEM CD-5 Dash.

I also have a ICM Fuel Sender Unit: https://ironcanyonmotorsports.com/icm-fuel-sender/

From research here are my ohms values for Empty: 4080 and Full: 252 on an 1994 Acura Integra GS-R.

The issue is I'm getting a reading on my cluster showing 100% without the fuel plugged in and I'm not quite sure if I set the Analog0 Channel correctly.

Do I put Custom for conversion, Percent for type/unit and do I need to put anything for custom input?

How is the K-Pro communicating to the dash?

via CANH & CANL from the digital side of the K-Pro board.

Everything works perfectly from the K-Pro other than the Analog Fuel Level Channel.

I did my best and follow this install and was told that the fuel works the way they wired it (same exact way as me).

If it works for them and not in your setup, then something is different.
