Kpro4 will not show igintion is on

- serial number 49993
- version of software: 4.3.6.0
- ECU part number:
- KManager version: V4.4.3.0 17

- Brand New kpro V4 being installed into a turbo s2k. All supporting mods, upgraded injector, fuel pump, flex fuel sensor
- Purchased the kpro off of a member on s2k forum ( Aaron Taggart) on March 20th
- just installed the the ecu and hooked it up to the laptop, drivers showed installed and online just ignition is showing offline. Was able to register the kpro but thats about it. Can't upload or connect to the ecu otherwise.

The ECU is damaged, KPro is damaged or the KPro has not been installed correctly.

It was a brand new KPRO never been installed before. It came in the hondata box with the seal still intact.

Is there someway I can test it to make sure?

And the ECU? You can test using either a known good vehicle or known good ECU.
