Data logging problem

Post by adeeb1395 »

engine is k24
custom exhaust manifold 2'' runner
3inch exhaust piping
hks mushroom + swirl intake
sard fpr set @43psi
aem 320LPH fuel pump

problem:

when i start the data log with my laptop everything looks fine. the display and sensors shows the exact values after connecting and also starting the datalog.

but when i come home and use the datalog with my running calibration the value shows wrong.
i mean, i have pulled the car till redline untill 3rd gear but in the datalog it shows like it was idling the whole time. 22mins of datalog almost shows 90% it was constant rpm. help pls

cant tune the car like this as its rich and also knocking.

Are you using resistor or non-resistor type spark plugs?

Are you comparing laptop datalogging to on-board datalogging?

Disable on-board datalogging and see if that resolves the issue.
