hello Hondata

i have a 02 type-s with reflash #4, prb ecu

i am putting on a header and will need to replace my secondary o2 sensor. Im wondering if reflashed ecu uses the secondary o2 sensor??

If i dont replace it, will the car go into limp (safe) mode?

Yes, the flash needs the seconday oxygen sensor.

No, if you don't have the secondary o2 sensor the ECU will not run in limp mode. However, it will generate a check engine light and you'll fail any emissions test.
