K20Z1 reflash engine shake under load

I just got the reflash for my 2005 RSX-S (I have a an AEM CAI and an after market cat-back). After the reflash the engine shakes quite badly under load at 4500 rpm and up; this is completely new for this car. Any idea as to what's going on? Anyone reported a similar problem?

Is this at part throttle or wide open throttle?

It starts at about 1/2 throttle and gets progressively worse as I approach WOT (and as the revs get higher). I can see the shift knob shaking. (All mounts are factory btw). thanks for the quick reply!

This does not sound like it has anythign to do with the reflash and has more to do with either your mounts or your axles. The reflash only effects full throttle.
