Car reflashed or not?

I may be a little paranoid, but I was wondering how would I know if my car has the reflash ecu or stock ecu installed? I drove to the dealership with stock ecu and a bought reflash ecu, but I'm regretting not marking them to see if they actually installed the reflashed ecu or if they just immobilized the key with the new reflash. Any suggestions? Thanks guys.

What is the serial number of the ECU?

This is the ecu that I believe and hope is stock:
37820-PRB-A15
1589-501295

We have no record of that ECU.

Thank you! Now I know the one on the car must be the reflashed ecu.
