Horsepower/torque gains w/3psi tune for 1.5 civic

Does anyone know what the typical gains would look like from the 3psi tune on the 2017 civic hatch?
I'm looking for slight gains, want to do the 6psi tune but will have the car for many years/kms. So, I'm concerned that over a long time the 6psi boost will cause too much wear and tear. Is the 3psi tune worth it (I will be having the dealer reflash, as I cant afford to purchase the device)?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you :)
