Ok, i see what you mean, I have seen jdm itr engines imported over here with b18c5 engine stamp :? b18c jdm itr engine stamp would follow the the b16a jdm engine stamp (missing the revision code, a1, 2 etc as per usdm blocks) I guess the difference in maps would follow the difference between usdm/ed...

Going from NA to SC will require the idle region to be re-mapped!

Considering you have gone through all the mechanical checks, mapping your idle would be the next logical step!

Some details might help Dan!

Which car, engine, map sensor.....obd 1 I presume!

Voltage is a constant supply, test it with a avo meter

Check ground continuity, trace pin to ecu.

*EDIT* Check pins D17, D21 andD19.

Have you got your s200 currently fitted ?

Long and short term adjustments are fuel corrections that the ecu applies to the map in closed loop only, by means of the o2 sensor. It will always target 14.7:1 in closed loop untill the closed loop threshold is breached (at around 750mbar). Open loop means that no corrections (short and long term ...

You will have to properly tune the idle region, I have s2s2 on a b16a2 with pct pistons and I have managed to get a a rock solid idle at 800rpm. I would consider it to be better than stock.
My cams are set at 0-0 with a vtec switch @ 6000rpm. Not had time to set it up on the dyno yet.

I looked into this a while ago..... Iirc, E85 has 85% ethanol, has a stoich of 10:1 and has a lower calorific value than UK 95 ron. Fuel consumption will increase by +/-33% and can be awkward to set up for cold starts. Lower cost is off-set, more or less, by the greater consumption. It seems to be w...
