First thing to do is have the ECU looked at, as it shouldnt ever shut down at 4000 rpm, unless there is a socketing issue for the S300.. The shop that tuned the car, do they tune a lot of Hondas? Something should have set off a red flag if the car is only making 120hp..

ID rates their flow ratings on the actual flow of fuel, not the flow of a test fluid, so their flow ratings are different than that of other injector manufacturers. This isnt an issue with the other Hondata software though, so I dont feel it plays a major part in this issue.

Assuming you have no other mechanical issues, you should be making at least double that power. What is the complete setup, and do you want to post the calibration?

Temp? I was referring to the Calibration > Fuel > Cranking Fuel table. If I remember correctly, I added at least 50% fuel to the table..

If your freshly built TURBO GSR only made 120hp, you have some serious issues. How much boost was this on?

Were there any problems with the setup?

I've pretty much resolved the issue with the car I was dealing with by adding a ton of fuel to the cranking fuel table. In other Hondata software, if you rescale the injector size, it normally works well, but something isnt working right here..

I am having the same issue with a turbocharged K20Z3 with ID1000's and Flashpro.. Initial startup is difficult, and the only other thing this car has apart from the others is a 06+ TSX throttle body.. I was initially thinking it was a throttle body related issue, but after reading this thread, it ma...

If the owner of the car wants to experiment, let him. If the customer pays for tuning, they own the rights to the map in my opinion, let them download it and have fun with it.
