set base timing with high idle
does the set base timing have any kind of limit to idle? just wondering...with a large cam we cant idle less than 1500 comfortably, it only makes about -5" vacuum. When ever i engage the set timing feature the car pretty much dies after a few seconds....so i have to rig the pedal just barely to...

Re: SManager software requests
I would like to see different rev limter for each gear in the gear comp table. that way you can have every gear different or just the gears you want longer or shorter rpms. like example lots of people have to up their rev limiter cause they cross the finishline hitting the limiter in 4th gear so wo...

Not if you are inputting rear wheel speed as opposed to the driven front wheels at the vss input.Hondata wrote:Boost by speed is the same as boost by gear, expect boost by gear gives you more control.

Possible Bad ECU?
I picked up a p28 with s300v2 in it not to long ago. While trouble shooting a friends car using my (now his) s300v1 p28, i discovered it (s300v2 box) will not start his car, but the old will, same calibration uploaded. it just turns over like a calm cow and never even hits once. smanager communicate...

Re: tuning Vss
so is this how you adjust the speed the data log shows in the graph verses the trap speed measured on the time slip? if so do i do a plus percentage to get it to match. i know when i cross the line its always been around 10 mph off or something like that.

Re: SManager software requests
check box to make launch limiter/anti lag override the activated burn out rev limiter.
once it gets past its set mph it will then use the burn out rev limiter.
this way your not trying to start turning over slicks with 6 psi in them from a dead rev limiter with no power behind it.
