Mostly for drag. That 1st to 2nd can be tricky, during tire slippage, to get consistent 60ft. Shift to early and bog down and dont want to shift to late.Hondata wrote:Why shift based on ground speed - are you holding the engine on the rev limiter?

Re: Deatschwerks 750cc bouncing AFRs on idle and 10% TPS
Your tune is way off. You need to start from scratch. You have way too much fuel in the lower cells and the numbers are all over the place in each column.

Re: SManager software requests
Can we get shift light based on rear wheel speed in each gear? This will help a lot with consistency.

Try deleting the driver and then installing it again by browsing for it in the Smanager folder.

Re: Need help with phantom break up
Looks to me that when the throttle is applied, the AFRs drop to the 14s at high RPM and WOT. Try getting the AFRs to mid 12s around that point and try again. Also looks like your VTEC transition isn't tuned right. The problem might be occurring when it drops out of VTEC and rapidly going back in. Tr...

Re: Hondata COP cutting out at high rpms
I have a breakup and hesitation issue too. Im still trying to troubleshoot. Already changed the distributor to a new oem. Im going to take out the cpr system and put the ignition back to stock and see if anything changes.

Glad that u found the problem and shared. I tried that already on my car but I bought a cheap eBay distributor. Had to send it back n...

Download the file I attached, load it, and do a datalog.

Re: Alternating lean/rich until overheating engine code
Both datalog files are the same. Only the overheating datalog file was posted. But, you need to fix your fuel compensation table under water temp compensation. Set the numbers under 168 and 177 to "0". Then go back and fix the low speed fuel map because it's out of whack. The alternator vo...

Re: Setting Injector Dead Times
The best way to set them is while the engine is running at idle, while dataloging, set your deadtime according to the voltage registered. Then turn on your lights on to get the voltage to drop and set deadtime. Then turn on maybe your heater blower motor. Also wait for you radiator fan to come on. K...

Re: No power and stumble off idle.
You can continue to use the 3 bar if you would like. As long as it's reading right. You have to get your AFRs and timing correct in the areas that it needs to be. The reason I mentioned the cams is that they have a bigger "low speed" profile than a stock cam and it will take some time gett...

Re: No power and stumble off idle.
Think your problem is that you're ignition timing is dipping into the negatives when you're trying to take off from below 2000. When you adjusted you ignition timing, you adjusted in the wrong area on the map. While taking off at below 2000rpm, your car is at 0 vacuum, -4 degree timing, and around 1...
