I also have a customer of mine that gets his JRSC heat soaked reletively easily. Since the battery was relocated to the back this gave me some room under the hood. The throttle body is closest to the battery so I'm planning on making an airbox where the battery resided and installing a small hood sc...

IMO you really shouldn't be running a VAFC. This gadget only causes problems since the fuel and timing tables still go of the stock settings. The stock ECU is very sophisticated and is capable of learning and adjusting the entire fuel curve. So if any part of it gets disrupted it will make an adjust...

When you have a vehicle as modified as yours there is really no set maps that will be accurate. There are just too many variables to take a chance on. There are a few known good tables in the ROM editor that will be good start but they will require the wideband to adjust the fuel tables and the timi...

The system you will need to install would be any S200 or stage2/3. All that is needed to do the system yourself would be the datalogging option, and the software ( ROM Editor ) and the pocket programmer. As far as installing the system in your 93 accord ECU would be not possible. You are going to ne...

Youre vehicle is a new line of ECU. It also has the new i-VTEC series engine in it. The engine is similar to the RSX engine. Hondata is currently working on an ECU package for this vehicle. Check back sooner or later on their web site to see if they offer any thing for your vehicle. It is currently ...

The baseline tables from ROM Editor are fairly good for a baseline run. They won't ruin a brand new engine if tuned properly. To tune the system you will need to use a Wideband O2 sensor to tune the fuel. I've tried to tune using the factory O2 sensor and it isn't very accurate after it gets out of ...

I've been working at Honda/Acura dealers for about 7 years. Prior to that I've worked at a private garage for 2.5 years. I specialize on the NSX and Integra . I also mostly deal with drivability problem vehicles. This seems to most people as a challenge and a lot of techs like very much to avoid suc...

The current ECU only support 4 injectors. If you need more fuel than what you have then you will need to replace with larger injectors. Installing multiple injectors will cause fuel atomization problems and can lead to other unnecessary tuning headaches. The fuel can also puddle in the manifold. The...

Your NA vehicle will work just fine w/o boost tables. As far as the longivity of the engine is concerned is of very little in the hands of Hondata. This is where a wideband O2 sensor comes in handy. Since these may be out of reach for most people It would be advised to take the vehicle the one of th...
