what about starting with a b18c map, change injector size, add 400cc in fuel trim for displacement, save as, and presto h22 base map.
then drive around and data log af's.

post your tire size. I'm guessing your h23 transmission is in a civic?
vss value must have something to do with tire size.
maybe the prelude / accord has bigger tire size

pistons ring lands were the weak point on the stock pistons. stock was good for like 300hp for a while. crank up the boost and let 'er rip. Id say 400hp with ur setup, on premium. need a wide band, dyno tune blah blah blah.......

Your fuel pressure isn't to low. It's just if you need to you can get alot more fuel out of your injectors. I think if you up the fuel pressure you also get better misting or fuel atomization. This stuff should probably be in the general forum part or something. I do plan on post my map in here once...

have you tried upping the cranking fuel trim? I assume that just gives it move fuel while cranking, And for the cold start feature, how long or at what temp is classified as cold start anyhow?

you'll get more power out of a aftermarket fan when wired directly to battery and relay turning it on, and probably like a 20 or 30 amp fuse.

you should add a plx wideband, wire it to the ecu so you can datalog air/fuel ratio.
nice setup. similar to mine, I have the same injectors. What kind of fuel pump do you have? some people are running 100psi base pressures on these injectors. I'm only running 55psi with a walbro 255.
