Re: Cel light staying on

you shall check which CEL you get, which error code is shown in YOUR car. with this information the problem can be found maybe. nevertheless you should start with a good ECU. just saying "well, it worked fine... so it's ok" is not the right thing to do. get rid off the broken capacitor and...

Re: Rpm table shows only to 9k how can I make it show 11k?

the size of the table, so the number of rows and columns is based on the size of the rom. one possibility is, to use the boost-tables and reindex them, that they fit, so you get much more columns. Options - Show Boost Tables. to add rows for more revolutions: you have to reindex the given table. you...

Re: Need some help..

via Email means, that you should contact the previous owner or tuner and ask him for the file. by connecting the ECU to the computer, the ECU must be in the car and the the ignition must be switched on, that the ECU gets power. first of all: get used to Smanager and read the help file ;) that will a...

Re: Need some help..

the best way would be to get the map installed via email. another option, which is possible but not recommended, is to download the map from the ECU. you just install the most current version (2.2.4) of smanager to your computer, put the USB cable in, wait that the drivers install correctly and then...

Re: obd2a p28 s300 on a crx

your OBD2 P28 is just a "normal" P28, with a build in adapter. you could use that with an adapter, but then you have an adapter on an adapter on an adapter. if that is the right solution? just let your OBD1 ECU being changed, that the S300 fits there and everything will be great best regar...

Re: realtime updating

almost everything is updated then in realtime.

for tuning necessary (fuel/ignition maps) are changed in realtime.
some minor features aren't, but this is some behavior, which has no effect on the tune.

Re: closed loop headache....

spunksters word are the third information, I got about D14. there are words saying, the O2 input is capable of reading 0-5V, others say it's 0-3.8V and now it's only 0-1V? for my part I can say: I'm using an Innvoate LM2 Wideband, connected via the "tuner harness" to the ECU and programmed...

Re: auto base tune

as far as i know the pins on the V2 is only for datalogging and not for tuning. for this you should hook up your wideband to ELD or O2. set you fuel pressure to the pressure, the injectors are built. reset the injector size in smanager, type in the correct dead times. and after that you should start...

Re: Android/iPhone APP

tested several thing via the OBD2 port, directly at the ECU and in EMC test rooms, without any issues. fact: the P28/30 ECUs are a couple of years old and in those days there weren't as many electromagnetic devices, but i don't bother too much about that. an external antenna would also fix some poss...

Nazul, is it possible, that you don't have any idea of electronics?

Neither of building it, nor what several things do or don't do?

Don't give dumb posts, if you don't have a clue what you are talking about.

Re: Android/iPhone APP

i just found out, that this isn't that simple, as we might want. it isn't just programming an application with a bunch of simple commands (even if we just wanted to change launch control or do some datalogging), the other thing is: will the S300 (or KPro) be recognized? and how? and what if not? the...
