Well im not worried about that because we dont have that in LA, but would you guys be able to flash for the stage 1 even though my vin from my car doesnt match my ECU?

Well I got my ECU sent to hondata and got them to reflash it with the N/A Flash, then I decided I wanted to go SC, so I went and got the ECU's swapped at my local honda dealership with RedPepsi, I purchased the CTSC a week ago and I was wondering since my VIN number and the ECU vin number dont match...
