You can cruise at 14.7 afr and if you want to be safe under boost you can run it at 11.5 to 11.8 afr. As far as timing you can remove 1 degree per pound of boost. - Ed Iv got a 4psi springs so is 11.5 abit rich for that psi? Also if its to rich can't that flood the engine? I live in Europe (BASQUE COUNTRY) I think you think things too much I am building a B16A1 = 5XX of a customer and I usually roll the engines over 500km .... Precision, cp pistons, manley rods ......... Executed many projects with ron98 ... 2xx 3xx 4xx 5xx And I roll the engine with max pressure 0.6...

I prefer the hard break in method. Start it up, check for leaks, let it run until the radiator fan cycles, shut it off, then change the oil and filter. With new oil and filter, I accelerate in 2nd and 3rd gear and then let it coast down in gear several times. I drive about 20 miles or so doing this...

Of topic but has it been mapped professionally? If so on what fuel and injectors and turbo?

Whats the spec on ur injectors and turbo and boost cut and stuff?
