Re: Soild CEL, NO codes
I would recommend you not use the LED.
MAP and TPS will not generate an error code just by unplugging them under some conditions..

Just drive it and the errors should go away after a few miles.
If you get errors you need to datalog and see what errors you get.

Re: A few questions before buying / install
You can use a different input for the traction control.
You must have both front and rear sensors for it to see a difference between front and rear.

Re: Issues while trying to get tuned.
I would not try a different ECU in this vehicle until you know the wiring is correct, as you could damage the ECU.

Re: Issues while trying to get tuned.
Have you corrected the wiring/ground issue?
You should try the ECU in a known working vehicle to make sure it has not been damaged.

Re: New replacement ignition cylinder/switch?
You should be able to get the cylinder keyed to use your original keys. This has nothing to do with the immobilizer system.

Are you using resistor or non-resistor spark plugs?

Re: SManager 2.7.6
Do not use older software once you have upgraded, as it will just cause more problems. Using the new version, with everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.

Re: Question on Lambda Sensor - Open Loop
You should disable closed loop if you do not have a sensor as it will generate an error and force open loop. It probably will not change the power much at all.

Re: Closed Loop Malfunction
I believe the problem is the wideband you are using, as I have been using PLX widebands in 3 cars for nearly 17 years without any issues.
We have seen many issues with AEM widebands, and they keep changing the controllers and sensors used nearly every year.
