This is a 2 litre Civic motor running with a VORTECH supercharger
located in place of the air conditioning pump. Drive is via a custom crank
pulley and toothed belt. Intake manifold and head is B16A. Power to the
wheels at sea level is 479 hp at 8500 RPM. The intake charge is cooled by
iced water. This chart is made in Excel. the power figures were graphed
every 250 RPM and the torque curve calculated from the power. (torque was
not given to us) This tends to smooth the chart a little.

The boost curve on Vortec superchargers is proportional to RPM. The
higher you can rev your car, the more boost you get. As a result Vortech
superchargers typically move your torque peak up 750-1000 rpm from stock.
It is a good idea to build your engine to handle higher RPMs. By
comparison, turbochargers typically move your torque peak down 750-1000
rpm, due mainly to exhaust restriction.

In practice, this car has seen over 190 mph.
