Scott Whitelaw is a member of the CPL Racing Team from England. He has a European Civic Type R, with a 2.0 liter K20 CPL built engine, turbo kit and a few other "secret" CPL Racing parts. He uses a Hondata K-Pro. Scott's car is the fastest Honda in Europe running 10.69 seconds on the 1/4 mile strip at 137 mph. This car won the HKS Drag series for 2007 and Jap Show 2007.
