Hondata Prepared ECUs

Hondata offers P28 ECUs pre-socketed for use with the s100 and S300 tuning systems with a high quality embossed aluminum lid.  These are available in a standard OBD1 style plug, or you can purchase them with a built in OBD2 adapter harness for no additional cost.  You must specify whether you need an OBD 1, OBD2A or OBD2B ECU when contacting your dealer to order. Click here to determine which is the correct ECU for you.  You will need to specify socketing for an s100/s200 or s300 system.

Hondata Boost Control solenoid

Available now, for the s300 and K-Pro, the Hondata normally closed boost control solenoid is designed for use in high boost applications, but also works well in low boost applications. It is normally closed so that if there is a failure you will run off the wastegate spring instead of over boosting.  For more information click here.

ECU Socket Tester

When preparing an ECU for S300/s200 (test s200 socketing using the supplied pins) installation it is very easy to make mistakes. Lifted tracks and dry joints can be very difficult to spot. This tester takes out all the guesswork. Simply plug it in and all LEDs will light up when the pins have a good connection. If a LED is not on, then you have a soldering or wiring problem on the respective pin.

Note that the tester may not show an intermittent cold or dry solder joint, but it will flag the vast majority of installation problems.
